1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Clothes Time

  • Economy: 4–8 business days

  • Standard: 2-5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on country)

Shipping Jewelry Time

  • Customizable Products: 10-20 business days.

  • Non-Customizable Products: 5-15 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on country)

Shipping Costs

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $80.

  • Rates for other orders are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • Unworn and unwashed (for clothing)

  • Unaltered and unscratched (for jewelry)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customizable Products
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Submit a return request via our email (support@thenovacart.shop) or our store Inbox.

  2. Ship the item using the label provided or your preferred method.

  3. Once received and approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or wrong).

  • If you used a promo code or gift card, that amount will be refunded to your store credit.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order number.

  • We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or changed within 1 hour of purchase.

  • After processing, cancellations are not guaranteed.


6. Product Care

Jewelry

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions with the following materials; Steel, and Copper.

  • Store in a dry place or jewelry box.

Clothing

  • Follow care labels on each item.

  • Machine wash cold or hand wash, depending on fabric.
